Every Monday in April, members from the Morava dance group volunteered their time to prepare lunch packages for St Herman’s.  In past years, the youth and dance groups have helped serve meals at St Herman’s.  Due to the current Coronavirus situation, on every Monday in April, the Morova volunteers have packed 80 meals consisting of a sandwich, fruit and water.  Different families have sponsored the donation of food for these packages.   The Tomich and Novakovic families donated the food for the first set of lunch packages.  The Jovo and Angie Majerle donated the food for a second set of lunches and Jasmina and Nada Citovic donated for the 3rd round of lunch packages.  Sladja Kozul has offered to sponsor the 4th week of lunches.  Please contact Angie Majerle if you are interested in helping.  Please see the pictures below from the meal packing sessions.  God Bless our donors, volunteers and God Bless those receiving this food.

St. Sava Church Coronavirus Update

• Bingo will be cancelled until the situation can be reassessed
• The Friday Fish Fry’s will be cancelled
• SSK Karadjordje is offering their help as needed. Any elderly parishioners that would like a member of SSK Karadjordje to assist them in going to the grocery store or pharmacy should contact Aleks Rakic  or Pajo Majerle
